We, PT. Ratimdo Utama, are a wood working factory based in Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia since 2003. We are focused towards serving export markets, such as the Japanese, Korean, Australian, Chinese and European market. Our production facility is backed by up-to-date machinery ( including chemical treatment facility and kiln dry) and well trained human resources.
We understand that each customer is different and have different requirements for the products they want and thus it is our priority to make sure the requirements are met, be it the size tolerance, moisture content requirement, sanding, chemical treatment, etc.
